Rental rates 2026
- 25 April – 26 June: € 1225,- per week
- 27 June – 30 August: € 1575,- per week
- 31 August – 31 October: € 1225,- per week.
From 1 November 2026 to 23 April 2027, rental periods are available on request
(minimum stay of 4 nights, € 175,- per night).
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, and gas & electricity.
Cleaning costs and tourist tax are not included.
Additional costs
- Final cleaning (per stay): € 150,-
- Tourist tax: € 1,30 per person per night (maximum of 7 nights)

Practical Information for a comfortable stay
- Suitable for a maximum of 4 guests.
- The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the lower-ground floor.
- The upper terrace, adjacent to the living room, is not suitable for very young children.
- The region is also beautiful in autumn and winter. From late October to mid‑April, the house can be rented on request for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- The house is non‑smoking.
- Pets are welcome upon request only.
- Thanks to the elevated position in the hills (800 metres), the climate is pleasantly mild. In summer, temperatures are on average 4 to 5 degrees cooler than in the valley, and a refreshing breeze often provides additional comfort. Each bedroom has a fan available for the occasional warm night.
- The house is located in a peaceful area, far from busy roads. The village has a small alimentari (grocery shop), and larger supermarkets can be found within a 20–30 minute drive.
