We are Anna‑Belle and René, and since 2022 we have been the proud owners of Casa Vista Collina. During our search for a holiday home in Italy, we dreamed of a place that wasn’t too big, close to a village, yet quietly surrounded by nature. While driving through the hills around Roccaverano, we spotted a house on a distant ridge. That became our place in Italy — our own Dolce Vita.
Roccaverano captured our hearts from the very first moment. The friendly people, the authentic atmosphere, the tranquillity, the sweeping views, the nature, the small quiet villages, the charming restaurants in unexpected places, and the sea just over an hour away — all of it makes us feel at home every time we return.
Every season here has its own beauty: lively and vibrant in summer, peaceful and serene in autumn and winter.
We have furnished the house with great care for atmosphere and comfort, so that everyone can feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Because we are not here all year round, we love sharing this special place with others who appreciate beautiful nature, tranquillity, good restaurants and wonderful wines. We enjoy walking, cycling, good food and discovering new restaurants — and we are always happy to share our favourite tips.
