Our cosy, free‑standing holiday home offers comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful natural setting.
The surrounding area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, and anyone who enjoys peace, wide views, and authentic Italian village life.
Located at the end of a quiet, dead‑end country lane, the house is a true oasis of tranquillity. The large garden offers plenty of privacy and overlooks the village of Roccaverano.
There are several terraces where you can relax in the sun or in the shade. You’ll find a comfortable lounge sofa, sunbeds, and outdoor dining tables with chairs on both the upper and lower terraces.
Just a 15‑minute walk away lies the small medieval village of Roccaverano. With its charming village square, the popular bar‑osteria del Bramante, a small alimentari and a pharmacy, it offers an authentic taste of Italian village life.
Suitable for up to four guests, Casa Vista Collina is the perfect base for a peaceful and rejuvenating holiday.

De gezellige eethoek met een mooi uizticht. De houtkachel is gezellig en geeft warmte op de koelere dagen.
De gezellige zithoek met een comfortabele bank in ons vakantiehuis. De stenen muur geeft een authentieke sfeer.
De op maat gemaakte keuken is praktisch en sfeervol. Voorzien van een licht praktisch werkblad.
De slaapkamer heeft fijne bedden en je stapt zo door de openslaande deuren naar buiten. er is ruimte om je koffer neer te zetten en kleding op te hangen.
Het beneden terras, hier kan je heerlijk in de zon of schaduw zitten. Achterin zie het terras met de loungebank.
